Terms of Service

Flowtus provides white-label social media management tools — scheduling, publishing, approval workflows, media import, analytics and related features — to agencies and their teams under a subscription license.

You are responsible for your account, your team's use of it, and keeping credentials secure. Each seat is limited to one active session at a time.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your organization.

You agree not to use Flowtus to publish unlawful, infringing or abusive content, to violate the terms of any connected platform, or to attempt to breach the security or tenant isolation of the service.

You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish and for holding the rights to it. That includes content produced with our AI features: suggestions are drafts, and reviewing them before publication is yours.

You agree not to use our AI features to generate unlawful content, or to attempt to extract, resell or benchmark the underlying model.

Flowtus integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, Slack, Discord and Telegram) and file stores (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or Box). Your use of those services through Flowtus is also subject to their own terms, and their availability, rate limits and API behaviour are outside our control.

A platform may change, restrict or withdraw its API. Where that removes a Flowtus feature we will tell you, but we cannot be liable for a third party's decision about its own product.

If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these terms, and you confirm you have the right to publish the content you schedule to that channel.

AI suggestions are generated by a third-party model and are provided as drafts. They can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable for your client — check them before you publish.

Each plan includes an AI allowance, metered per request. Once it is used, AI features stop until the cycle resets or you buy additional credit; the rest of Flowtus is unaffected.

Unless you supply your own API key, AI requests are made on our account and are subject to our provider's terms. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. Flowtus and its software remain our property.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowtus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan runs to the end of the current period.

You may delete your organization outright from Settings. Deletion is scheduled 7 days ahead, the organization is inaccessible in the meantime, and the owner receives a link to cancel. After that we permanently delete your data — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Where we do, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your content unless the breach makes that inappropriate.
